GC or Sub in North Houston area

Hi BP,

I’m in search of a General Contractor or sub contractors that can help me remodel my first rental. It is a 1972 property with mostly paint and floor but we would also want to remodel kitchen and bathrooms. There are some issues with the roof and electrical that also need to be addressed.

Any reference for The Woodlands area are appreciated.
