The Investor's Contractor

Hi BP (Pittsburgh) community,

New investor here in the Pittsburgh market (Allegheny-South and Northside). Looking for general contractor referrals who are accepting new clients.

Has worked with investors, as I am looking to do rental level rehabs on properties. Durability meets cost.

Currently, I have a duplex under contract, trying to secure a bid before closing ~6/1/2020

Thanks in advance.

@Javonn Musgrove  keep in mind all the good contractors are busy so you will need to compensate them for their time. Thats if you can get them. For a full rehab estimate that can take a contractor 4 hours and as long as 8 hours depending on how detailed you want it. If you are willing to pay $200-$400 for a quality estimate then I can absolutely refer a few. Until you bring enough business to a good contractor and treat them well and build a strong relationship with them you will have to pay them at first for their quality estimate and time. Consider this college tuition. You will learn a lot more than the initial investment and in the long run it will pay off
