Hello Philadelphia Investors,

I just bought my first investment property which I am currently living in while I fix it up and learn the ropes.

I’m looking for recommendations on contractors that do quality work at a competitive price in Philadelphia. Ideally I would work with the contractor directly (rather than through a company) when it makes sense.
