Contractor in Indianapolis

Looking for a good trustworthy contractor in Indianapolis to to some repair work on a rental property we own that is becoming vacant soon. We are not in the area and need a contractor that can document the progress with photos. Some of the contractors we have used in the past dont know how to take good photos that we can actually see what is being done or what has been done.

Work would include drywall repair, cabinet repair, paint, window and door repair.

@Richard Bonisa is spot on. I'd also add that I'm seeing a lot of folks buying duplexes to live in one side and rent out the other. They're willing to pay a significantly higher purchase price. When your goal is to have the other side of the duplex pay your mortgage, you can over pay and still achieve your goal.

That said, still possible to do deals here, they're not just laying around waiting for us.. ;) Just picked up a duplex for $88k, putting $30k in and targeting rent of $950 per side. Happy to help if you'd like.
