Building From the ground up as a General Contractor

Trying to figure out how to find good labor for building from the ground up in Philadelphia. I have yet to build from the ground up and I do have my GM license in Philadelphia. With that said I can use guidance to how to find Foundation companies, Framing companies and more to make the project smooth and as error free as possible.

Any help would be appreciated.
