Hey all. Been browsing these forums for a while. Tons of good info.

Looking to buy a few rental properties in Detroit and I'm looking for contractors for Detroit Rehab projects. (Residential). 

Can you recommend someone you have worked with?

I live in Metro Detroit area myself.

Guys if you are serious about Detroit you really need to come to our investor meeting on the 3rd Thurs of each month - This month we are talking about AirBnBs but I am sure i can connect you with a few local wholesalers, agents and contractors.
