Roofer repair needed Chicago South Suburbs

Hi,

Spanish tile roof needs repair. Property is rental. 12-14 feet from gutter up, decking needs repaired. Some tiles will be cracked, thinking maybe 1/2 pallet. New decking, 30#, sealed, replace old tiles, with new ones where needed, touch up all flashing while on roof.
