Need suggestions about termite damage
Does anyone have advice on termite damage?
SFR that has termite damage. Fascia boards are completely rotted in some areas around the home but some fascia boards are completely fine. The home has not been tented since 2004. We have found termite droppings inside the home. We are strongly considering tenting because there were termite droppings inside the home from the roof. However, we were told by one contractor, local organic treatments would completely get rid of the termite problem. I'm not sure that is accurate given our situation.
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
