Need feedback for a new project management platform

I would like to get some serious feedback on a new concept for project management for flippers and rehabbers.

This will lead to opportunity’s for students and professionals looking to get into the project management arena by learning how to manage projects for investors. Especially investors that live remote from their projects. (ie. if your an investor in Texas looking to flip in Florida). The PM will control and report on progress and also mitigate issues with contractors, solicit and hire and record and report on actuals vs budgets for labor and materials costs.

Does this sound interesting?
