Hey BP! I've been following BP for several years now and finally ready to dive into real estate. I've recently relocated to Kansas City. I'm looking for suggestions on a reliable rehabber/contractor for the local area. Not looking for the cheapest nor the most expensive. One that has significant experience,specializes in SFH and familiar with Kansas city marketplace. Please let me know below! Michael
