Need contractor recommendations for Chicago

I'm looking to fix some water damage and a handful of other issue at one 3 unit building. Then, in another building, rehab one unit, add a garage and possibly build out(duplex up) an attic space. This is all in the city of Chicago.  Anybody have any great recommendation for contractors on any of these specific jobs or maybe a GC for all?
