Hi BP!

My wife and I are hopefully closing on our first property (4 flat) on August 24th in the Logan Square/Avondale area of Chicago. We are looking to do some initial rehab to at least 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, some windows, some masonry work on the building, and likely will need a new tear off roof with some metal capping around the parapet wall. Hoping to see if anyone has any recommendations for some great contractors in the Chicago area! I know everyone is super busy right now, so would love to get in touch with them ASAP.
