Contractors in Bel Air, MD Area
Does anyone know of any contractors either in Bel Air, MD or Harford couny area that are willing to do a walkthrough? I'm new to wholesaling and In my experience so far, I have been told that I need to get someone to inspect the home first, and then contact a contractor. Is that how it works? I was under the impression that the contractors themselves could inspect the home and provide me with an estimate. Any help is welcomed.
