Economical demo or clean-out company in North NJ

Hello all.  We recently closed on a 4 unit property in Bloomfield, NJ.  It is side-by-side row home style, each unit with 3 levels and ~1000 sq ft (~4k sq ft total).  We are doing a sizable renovation and the demo number came in a lot higher than expected.  

To try and mitigate some of the costs, I'm looking for an economical (read: cheap) demo/clean-out company to just remove all the flooring in the property.  It is all pergo flooring installed on top of old carpet and we want to take it down to the subfloor.  I have another company who would then handle the more tactical areas (some tile, removing walls, openings for mechanicals, etc).  

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!
