Need contractor recommendations in Tucson, AZ!

I am doing my first deal on a single-family home in Tucson (buy and hold) that needs a complete rehab (plumbing, flat roof, electric, interior). I am looking for contractor recommendations. I currently live in Phoenix, so will have a hard time monitoring this project, so any and all help is appreciated! And if you are feeling extra generous, I could use some advice on the best way to deal with contractors/lessons from your personal experience. Thank you, everyone!
