Need new contractor in GA for rehab in Covington/Conyers

I want to get a quote on a rehab in Conyers/Covington.  It needs lots of simple things like floors, paint, sheetrock and a few bigger things like closing in a carport, moving a wall, supporting an unsupported ceiling, opening up a wall, etc.  Looking for a licensed contractor who can do the job well with no drama for a fair investor's price.
