Pass Christian, MS - concrete slab removal referral

Good afternoon everyone. I need a referral for a trustworthy contractor to remove an old concrete slab from a lot I purchased in Pass Christian back during the GO ZONE days and the builder ran to Canada with my down payment and decided not to build out the house. I’ve just been sitting on this lot for a decade and now the city issued a 30 day notice to remove the “nuisance slab”. How exactly a slab of concrete can be a nuisance I don’t know, but I’m sure it is better handled by me than to allow the city to do what they want and send me the bill. Any help would be appreciated.
