Hello all, I’m a new investor in the San Antonio area. I’m looking to invest in fix & flips and/or buy & hold properties. Currently I’m the process of putting together a team. Does anyone have any recommendations for general contractors in the San Antonio area? Or even sub-contractors that I can contact that may know a general contractor. All recommendations are appreciated. Thanks

Hello Alex,

I recently had one of my investors ask me the same question. I found that the best place to to find them was on home advisor. Some of my other investors were a little hesitant to pass me their contractors info. I'm assuming finding a good contractor was a little harder than I anticipated. I also wanted to respond to your other post on investor friendly realtors. I work for a brokerage here in San Antonio that specializes strictly in finding investment properties for our investors. Feel free to contact me at anytime.
