Looking for a quality handyman in New Olreans

Hello, all!  I am in search of a reliable, professional, and relatively inexpensive handyman servicing the New Orleans area.  I have a few small projects left (painting, drywall, caulking, grout, etc.)  which need to be completed before I can rent out a unit in my multi.  If anyone has any recommendations, I'm in the market.  

I've spent the past few years carefully working to bring out the best in this unit (good bit of sweat equity and personal investment), so attention to detail is important to me.  For example, one of the projects is painting a new window, and I'd be disappointed if any paint ended up on the panes.  Hopefully I'm not asking for a unicorn, thanks in advance for any recommendations you all might have!
