Looking to build a team in Southern Iowa

I am from Iowa originally and have family there to oversee my projects. I have found 3 great real estate agents and have began building relationships with them. I have also located a few properties I am very interested. Unfortunately my progress in investing has stalled because I’m having trouble finding contractors. I will ultimately need a team of including agents, lenders, contractors, and property managers, as well as tax and legal advise. My goal for 2018 is lofty, but doable with the right team.
