Referral Please! Rolling Meadows, IL

Hello BP!

I'm moving pretty quickly on a property in Rolling Meadows, IL and I'm scheduling a walkthrough of an estate sale and would love a referral of a general contractor to help me estimate the cost of repairs. I haven't had the chance to work in the area previously, but it looks like we'll need some cosmetics on the exterior and some light interior.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
