Looking for Subcontractors and Vendors in Pasadena, CA area!

Hey Guys/Gals!

I have my own personal project, in the Pasadena, CA area, we are getting ready to start working on soon and I am looking to get some bids from a few trades and vendors to get the best possible combination of price and quality. I have my previous contacts I have used in the past, but my last full project ended last year, and many of them are fairly busy, and I may not be able to wait for them.

I am not looking for a GC (General Contractor) to do the whole job, as I am going to be Owner/Builder on this one and have to keep the costs down.

Project:

1500sf full remodel, from studs

new roof trusses and roofing

small front addition

new windows and exterior siding

and all new systems and interior surfaces, fixtures, and cabinets, etc

I am looking for:

* reasonable window dealers for Marvin Integrity windows

* lumber yard and Hardieplank supplier with best pricing

Then all the usual other suspects:

* electrician

* plumber

* framers

* drywallers

* cement board exterior siding installers (Hardieplank)

* Roofer

* Flooring installers

That's all for now.

TIA
