Structural work in Philly
Who can do a job like this?
Replace 18’ wood lentil spanning the width of the row home with steel beam. Lentil currently supports 2nd story brick facade.
Support new beam with steel posts and tie into foundation.
I have drawings from structural engineer.
This is a job requiring permits, license, and insurance.
