Looking For HVAC Contractor - Chicago South

Morning All, 

I am looking for a HVAC Tech(s) that can help me with the following as soon as next week.  Anyone that can refer me a vendor that works on or around the southside would be greatly appreciated.  Our properties are located in areas in 60637 and 60617 and 60615 that are safer to work in than many other known areas around.  

1. Finish up annual scheduled clean & checks and repair/replace as needed

2. Be available for routine maintenance work

3. Be available for no heat calls after hours. 

I will not steal anyone vendors full time, just looking to have some more resources on our teams so your help is greatly appreciated.
