Newbie in Central Valley, California

Hello everyone, I am a newbie investor in the Central Valley, Calfornia.  My wife and I are looking to continue our path with fix and flips.  And we're looking for someone who works in the Manteca, Modesto, Stockton area.  We have house hacked our ways through our first 2 homes, and just recently completed our first true flip. It was a success, and looking forward to do more in the future.

I am looking for an investor friendly contractor to help for my next project, I have not worked with one previously, always using my own subs.  Is there anyone out there that can help recommend a contractor that is reasonable and reliable.  I would like to see a few homes, and get some quotes with them to get a grasp through their eyes.  Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you for your time.  Matt
