SOUTH FLORIDA Remodeling Contacts Recommendations Needed

Hello South Florida,

I'm looking for recommendations on reliable, professional and quick remodeling companies/individuals in the Miami/South Florida area. I have some offers out for apartments that need some cosmetic updating (tile flooring updates, kitchen/bathroom countertop updates, and some handiwork - replacing doors and closet doors, etc.). Right now, it's mostly just cosmetic updates; NO major wall, plumbing, electric or structure changes needed.

Do you have someone you would recommend that is affordable? These are investment properties so I am not looking to spend top dollar, just need some quality long lasting materials installed correctly (I've had some bad experiences with poor installation). Hoping to close on 2 apartments in the next month.
