Builder for SFR and small multi-family in Vallejo, CA

I am looking for an experienced builder to develop SFRs and/or a small multi-family (up to 4 unit buldings) in Vallejo, CA.  Does anybody have an excellent, reliable and cost-effective builder they could recommend?  We just subdivided two 10K sq ft lots on either side of our 8 unit apartment in Vallejo that we are looking to build on.  It is in one of the better neighborhoods of the city.  Thanks!
