3rd BRRRR Deal! Looking for a great contractor in Philadelphia!

Hello my fellow BPers! I am starting on a row home rehab project in the East Mt. Airy section of Philly and I would love to meet some new contractors. I have done a few projects in the same neighborhood and right now the guy I'm using on another project has his hands full. So I'm looking to branch out. A few details: This will be a complete renovation including new electrical, HVAC, windows, kitchen and bath Sheetrock and flooring. The house is a bit over 1000 sq. ft. It should be a quick project. Looking to start shortly. If you are (or if you know of) someone professional who needs a six week project and are capable of running this, please reach out. I respect that investors may not want to give out your best contractor's info to anyone and everyone. But if you don't mind sending me a message I promise to not take advantage of your generosity.
