Need recommendations for a GC in Tampa Bay Area (St. Pete)

I am in escrow at a property that the seller took down to down to the drywall and will need a full-house renovation. Only moving 2 walls, moving kitchen from one end of a room to the other, and rebuilding a deck, but other than those two items it is all just finishings. Drywall is in, but it needs flooring throughout, kitchen cabinets/counters/etc, bathroom showers/vanities, new roof, and possibly new windows/sliders throughout.

Any recommendations? Please?

Must be licensed GC for minimum of 3 years and able to provide a couple references (both requirements for my loan).
