Good Contractor In Central New Jersey?

I have a two family in New Brunswick NJ, and am currently searching for another multi.  I need a decent contractor for all kinds of work and can't seem to find one that is both available, and reasonably priced.  Any suggestions or referrals would be most appreciated!
