Owner builder in Las Vegas looking for advice and contractors

Hey guys, first I want to say thank you to those with experience who post their knowledge and help those who need it. I am going to owner build a custom home in Las Vegas (Henderson). I have some good subs I know of, and am going through the process of brining on the right ones to help build the house. I am going to probably either act as the general contractor myself, or hire one part time to guide me through it. 

Does anyone have any recommendations?? I could use intros to anyone in Vegas that does great work at a great price. I am building a home bigger then I normally would, in order to pocket the equity.

Could use referrals to: consultants, engineers, foundation, excavating, drywall, cabinet, flooring, roofing, electrical, pretty much anyone good! Mostly looking for unliscenced people that you know does good work, and at the best price.

Also any advice on things to look out for while doing this project would be great! Thanks!
