Looking for additional estimate for Mid Level Rehab in South Philadelphia.  Local Contractors Only.  Must be Insured and have references.  Rehab Experience Required.  Short Window to complete work.  My guys are in Norristown on jobs.  We own Painting Company and will handle paint work.  Would appreciate only references that you have worked with personal.  Thanks.
