New Construction Costs

Hello,

Hi am an investor from Israel, investing in Pittsburgh, PA area.

I want to work on new construction project of SFH, i.e. build new SFH on strong areas, in order to sell on the market.

For that, I need to find a good contractor with much experience with new construction, who can assist me with understand the construction costs, other costs which are added when building a new property, fees etc, and also connected to any other needed professional like architect etc. 

I can probably raise the money by myself, but hard money lending is also an option.

Will be happy to get recommendations of such contractors etc if you are familiar with.
