Lead Paint Remediation in Southern Connecticut - Fairfield County

Does anyone have a recommendation for a lead paint remediation company in southern Connecticut?  I need someone to take a look at a possible investment property and tell me if it is lead paint, and if so, give me an estimate.  Property is bank owned, typical disclosures so I need an expert.
