Looking for recommendations for investor friendly architects in the Philly area as I consider more involved renovations that require architect-stamped drawings, etc. for permits.

I haven't used any yet, but I met with @Daniel Flesher from Cadre Design. He was great to talk to, it seems like they WANT to work with investors. My realtor said Cadre is a known firm in the city too.
