Hello, I'm in the Philly area and am looking for General Contractors and "Handymen" who are available to work on rehab projects as well as general maintenance and fixes, eg (painting, plumbing, electrical, flooring, drywall). At the moment, I am mainly focused on finding a general maintenance person. If you could provide any recommendations on reliable people who do good work, it would be greatly appreciated.
