We need a South Seattle General Contractor

Hi everyone. 

We finally got a house under contract and will be ready to start the rehab in mid to late February. I need to find a good AND fair general contractor that would be willing to help with the remodel and help with some of the repairs that need to be completed. Any referrals are sincerely appreciated.
