Delaware County Contractors Recommendations?

Hey All,

I am a realtor here in the Greater Philadelphia Area and I currently have an out of state buyer from Texas looking to do some investment real estate in the Delco/Philly area. With that being said, I am in need of some good recommendations on "investor friendly" contractors out there that I could recommend to him. I would prefer to have someone that understands the mind of an investor and is capable of taking on multiple projects at once as he is looking to pick up a few properties right now! He wants to start in Delco and gradually work his way into Philly. Definitely would appreciate any recommendations that people could give!

Thanks,

Jake
