Seeking 203k Contractor in Southeastern Massachusetts

Hello All, I'm going to be acquiring my first property using an FHA 203k loan within the next 3 months. I'm trying to establish relationships with professionals and tradesmen so I can have them in place beforehand, rather than scramble to find them when the time comes. Can anyone recommend a good contractor in Southeastern Massachusetts who has experience working on 203k projects? Im going to be investing in the New Bedford, Fall River, Dartmouth, Fairhaven area. Also, any tips to help the process go smoother are welcome! I've heard these loans can be laborious to execute. Thanks everyone! Aaron
