Hardwood Floor Refinisher

Can anybody recommend to me A good/reasonable Hardwood floor Refinnisher for my rental property in Baltimore, Maryland. I had to let a guy go who after sanding began staining/polyurethane without ensuring it was sanded properly. Now it looks horrible. Any references with someone who can help me would be very much appreciated.
