Hi, I'm about to close on a 3-fam property in Hastings and am looking for a handy man to take care of routine maintenance and any improvements I need to make down the road.  I'll be self-managing the property, but will need to lean on a professional for any work that needs to be done. 

Any referrals would be greatly appreciated!
