Contractors in Grays Harbor area

Hello All,

I am in the process of evaluating potential investment properties in the Aberdeen WA (Grays Harbor) area and need help from the BP team on good contractors in this area. Also, are there any recommendations on property managers? I am looking at a multi family home as well as a few single family homes. My goal is to rehab these units and rent for passive income.
