Hello!

I'm about to close on my 4 family unit in Kingston, NY.

I want to take one of the units for myself and rehab it a bit, finish the attic and add a deck in the yard.

Looking for an affordable, reliable contractor to give me an estimate of the costs. 

Please forward me any info you have from personal experience, very appreciated!
