Looking for structural enginner and a general contrac to help me!

So I am looking for a structural engineer to look at a foundation/ footing for an addition on a property.  Contractor basically ripped me off.  So just trying to pick up the pieces.

Also in need of a licensed general contractor for the same project.  Please email me, looking to hire someone right away.
