Needing a handyman or contractor. RR Tx

Hello everyone!  Finding myself in need of a contractor or handy-person referral.  I have two properties that need work. The one we are living in:   fascia fixed and columns replaced or built around, possible water leak and then another nearby property: building a fence and small shade structure.  Obviously I need the water situation fixed first and I am very worried about how much searching through walls will be involved.  Any referrals or advice appreciated.  Had a really bad experience with our first contractor, a good second contractor but it's been a year and he has another full time occupation now.   Thank you very much!
