Property preservation

Hey everyone, I own a home improvement business and was wondering if property preservation was a good way to fill that lousy down time is contractors don't want. I'm located in the Fall River Ma area. I hear horror stories about PP companies not paying enough or at all , but I also hear stories of guys who do really well
