Hey All-

I'm looking for a solid referral for a contractor to do an estimate for total repair cost of a property in Cranston.  It looks as if it needs a roof plus cosmetic work and would like to have electrical tested etc.  Want full rundown costs of what it will take to bring it up to market value.

Any suggestions?
