handyman in chattanooga?

Hi - Moved to Chattanooga a year ago and having a hard time finding a reliable handyman. Hoping to pay 25-35/hour. I've found the ones that are professional charge 60-95/hr and the ones on craigslist dont show, or dont do a good job but are often reasonable with pricing. my last craigslist handyman stole my supplies and disappeared! pm me if you dont dont mind recommending somebody but dont want the entire city calling your handyman either. thanks!
