Septic System repair

Hi, I have a rental property in unincorporated cook county / Mokena IL. It's a 3 bed 2 bath SFR Ranch that sits on some acerage. The drain field is over saturated and it looks like the solution might be a Pit and Pump system and a new drain field.

I found a company on Craigslist from Northwest Indiana - Septic Solutions LLC aka A & D Septic out of Hobart. To make a long story short, the owner a seemingly nice young but experienced guy named Josh Huron, took my cash signed a contract and then vanished before ever starting the job. That in and of itself is a huge headache to deal with but the other problem at hand is: my tenant is still dealing with waste water backing up into the yard. The weather is getting warmer and it's starting to smell - I need a solution asap.

Can anyone recommend a septic company that is reasonable with pricing, honest and experienced?

I know I'll have to go through a lot to recoup my money from Septic Sollutions - but I can't let this problem just sit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

-Kaz
