We are about to start fixing up our SFH rental property to put in on the market and sell it ASAP. I'm looking for some good, fast, and reliable painters as well as guys (or gals) that can lay carpet. We'd like to get quotes in the next few days. Any recommendations would be much appreciated. Thanks!!
